This is a private, one-on-one energy healing session designed for times when you have more to work through than a simple tune-up. This session may be especially supportive if you are moving through major life changes, navigating emotional or energetic overwhelm, or feel ready for deeper inner work and real energetic shifts.
Sessions are guided intuitively based on what you are ready to release and restore. Each session is unique and may include energy clearing and rebalancing, intuitive guidance, and techniques to support grounding, integration, and energetic stability. Many people experience emotional release, increased clarity, and a renewed sense of balance afterward.
Sessions are held remotely by video and last approximately 1 to 2 hours. In-person sessions are available by request in Somerset, Colorado only.
