By using this website and booking a service or placing an order through Dragonfly Awakening of Colorado, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Dragonfly Awakening of Colorado provides energy work, spiritual guidance, coaching-style sessions, and related services intended for personal growth, relaxation, and self-awareness.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. You agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being and decisions.

Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be offered in person or remotely, depending on the service selected.

By booking a session, you agree to arrive on time and provide accurate contact information. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone for inappropriate behavior or misuse of our services.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full and are non-refundable.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking for services and before physical items are shipped.

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe.

5. Physical Products

Some items sold through this website are handmade and may vary slightly from photos. We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select European countries. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping rates are flat rate and based on package weight and destination. We are not responsible for customs delays or import fees that may apply in your country.

7. Returns & Refunds (Physical Items)

Because our items are handmade and often created with specific intention, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

8. Refunds (Services)

Payments for services are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or late cancellations.

If a technical issue on our end prevents a remote session from taking place, we will reschedule or refund at our discretion.

9. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, session materials, designs, and branding, is the property of Dragonfly Awakening of Colorado and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Dragonfly Awakening of Colorado is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services, products, or website.

All services and products are offered as-is and for personal use only.
