Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dragonfly Awakening of Colorado, we want your experience to feel supportive, fair, and transparent. Please review the following policies before booking a service or placing an order.

Services and Appointments

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

If you arrive late to your session, your session time may be shortened and the full session fee still applies.

Refunds for Services

Payments for services are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or late cancellations.

If a technical issue on our end prevents a remote session from taking place, we will either reschedule your session or issue a refund at our discretion.

Physical Products

Because our items are handmade and often created with specific intention, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right through replacement or refund when appropriate.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase.
